Shipping and returns


Stella and Bow is a very small boutique company, we do not offer customer service via phone, but we are available via email.

Please ensure your address is correct as Stella and Bow Jewelry can not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to you supplying an incorrect address.

Stella and Bow is not responsible for packages lost by the USPS or any any carrier service. Please contact the USPS with any questions on tracking.

If you accept the free shipping option, please note that it ONLY works for USPS Domestic First Class mail. If you select this option during a holiday, please note that the shipment times vary. If you need your package by a certain date please reference the other shipping options or email us.

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-5 days.

All custom orders vary with shipping times.

Please allow additional time for shipments to international addresses. All international delivery dates are an estimate. Packages take time to pass through customs, especially jewelry and accessories.

Once a package has passed through customs in your country, please call your local post office with the tracking number provided by Stella and Bow to get additional information.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and Stella and Bow cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.

Items available for PRE ORDER will ship during the time frame supplied by Stella and Bow.

We only accept size exchanges .

If you purchased a piece of  Stella and Bow jewelry from an outside retailer and want to return or exchange it, please contact the original retailer as Stella and Bow is only responsible for items purchased through Stellaandbow.com

Domestic Orders:

We will accept full priced returns within 14 days of delivery to your door.

Please note, ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

To return an order, please contact Hello@Stellaandbow.com with your name, order number, and items that you want to return, and we will issue you a return label.

We do not accept returns from contests. Please note that contest codes are only valid for 6 months from the date the contest ends and the winners are picked.

Please note that we deduct the return shipping fee (Approx $5) from your refund. Refunds can only be credited back to your original method of payment

Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

Items will only be refunded if they are delivered back to us in the same condition they left us in. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.

Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Stella and Bow has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Once your package has been received at Stella and Bow your credit will be processed within (5) business days of receipt.

International Orders:

Please note that we do not accept international returns.

Stella and Bow is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues when shipping internationally.

The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.

Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer. The limits for duty free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
